Hey,
I used to play runescape a few months ago, but I quit because I got more involved with Habbo and the Habbo side of Habbox.
So I quit probably about a week after Divination came out, but I'm Non-Member and I only have around 8m pure cash (and a crap ton of useless junk). My HP and Defence levels are near to getting up, but I'm not too sure what the best f2p weapon would be to get these up.
Any advice would be great

i'm not sure what non members use.. it always used to be rune scim. tbh it would take you ages with a rune scim... get members!
