Actually alright, much better than I'd expected. I would only buy it if I could create my own room layouts though.

Talking to powertoo over IM asking if they just completely ignored the feedback given by users and she said
"how do you know it was overwhelmingly negative.. it really wasn't jaiho most ppl welcomed the idea at the right price etc"
This might be the case but really the majority of people I spoke didn't like the idea (I mabye had two people on my whole list who liked the idea) and also I did mention to powertoo that the poll didn't really give an option for a negative response the questions were based on the assumption that it would go ahead reagardless. Anyway it's done now I hope it works out for them but I feel that this will prove to be a bad idea in the long run.
Update from powertoo: "You got your points across well Jaiho, and I know the biggest concern was that it would affect trading badly.. there'll be no way to buy this with coins, and the price is arranged in a way that lots of habbos will still want to buy from furni shops etc."

The cold never bothered me anyway.
I hope they find a better place for the warehouse icon, but I guess the new UI is soon anyway.
I don't think this will have an effect on trade values as long as Habbo remains true to its original promise not to release rare and campaign furni all at once. I can't see people being too excited over this assortment of furniture except noobs, who probably don't understand the difference between good and bad furni. I do think WIRED should be available in the Builder's catalogue simply because it's so useful and most times it's annoying having to buy large quantities of it. Also, it could make for some very interesting Wired creations.
Sometimes with projects like these, Habbo loses sight of its original intentions and begins making choices that favour quick profit over long-term userbase happiness. Releasing rares into the builders catalogue would be one of these choices.

It will hit trade prices. Habbo have said that campaign furniture will only be put into the builders club and not for sale in the normal catalogue. Essentially meaning that campaign furniture won't be released for sale again, so prices will go up.I don't think this will have an effect on trade values as long as Habbo remains true to its original promise not to release rare and campaign furni all at once. It doesn't say that anywhere it's Habbos poor use of words, I'd think that campaign furniture will only be in the builders club shop during campaigns and will be removed after (and will continue as normal in regular shop)
Campaign furni will only be available to Builders Club members during campaign times.
I don't know where you read that, but it's certainly not the case. What I took from the article was that campaign furni would only be released into the Builder's Catalogue when it is in the regular catalogue.
Can read both ways actually, your way does sound more plausible.
I have to say I love that they added this. Means I can finally build a massive room and not worry about spending crazy amounts. I wish we could add more that 1,000 furni though.
