When you catch a public bus, what do you say to the bus driver?

Well where I live, we just say hello to the bus driver...

You just say what your ticket/fare is called. eg. Student.

I wink at him and scan my smartrider then try and run to the back and sit down before he starts driving again.

I haven't used a bus in years I used to show my pass and say "alrite"

Price bus driver knows where I go as it's everyday; it's a new driver then destination

I tell him where I'm going and if he doesnt know where that is (as the bus routes call the places different names) then I just tell him a *made up* price and hope its right.
