Do you say the destination, e.g: "Station road please".

Or do you say the price of your ticket? "£1.50 please"

As I grew up, I only ever said the destination, but it seems more and more people seem to say the price for some strange reason (and surely when the bus fares increase, you'd be a bit screwed ).

People with bus passes, just answer as if you didn't have one

"Single to town/ bus station please"

Never say the price as half the time I forget and have them remind me.

Always the destination. Heard a few people say the price and I've been like o.O

Nothing, have headphones in ears and just put oyster card on the reader and walk straight on.

    It depends.

I used to just say Featherstone, but that would mean I'd have paid to go up into the lane. However, if I say to Lidl, it's 10p cheaper, so I'm going to say that instead. That's really why I don't say the price as well .
