Both of these are prime examples. Sure, he did well, but I as a person who was watching the team, didn't see much of "Power" to put the team into shape. Yes, there are a few who do events (Sho, Cassie, Dragga) but the others, excluding the away, didn't do much. I am sorry if this hurts anyone, but the Events team is not what it used to be and I can see it dying out if someone doesn't go in there and change it. This is another example of Logan with the HabboxLive department before he got fired.

So you were a part of events until 23rd right? I'm not really one to judge how events is run but it's not just the managers fault for the slackness of their staff. Sure they're responsible for trying their hardest to get people motivated but there's only so far they can go if the staff don't buck up their ideas. A department isn't one sided it relys on every member to work together and put in their part which Hayden shouldn't be blamed 100% for some peoples effort, sure some of it but not all of it.
If you saw he was struggling why not give him some suggestions, help him out instead of quitting and saying stuff about him in a thread after he's resigned?

Yes, I was part of it, but I ran out of furni to fund. I didnt want to let them down, but I dont have a real job at this moment in time. I understand your points, but the Manager should get them going, making sure they meet mins. The HxL department makes sure we meet mins. We have a rule where we HAVE to prebook 3 slots by Monday at 8pm GMT. If the Events Department doesnt have this said rule, I suggest getting it in place because it insures that everone that is active is doing thier job. I went ahead to look at the events for the rest of the week... 0. Thay rule would be a great rule for the department.
