I have been banned for it too.

However, those who had it gifted to them were not given bans. Loads of people used a friend/clone to activate this and gift it to their main account and they have not been punished so I hope that is rectified.

I will take the appropriate punishment as I did use third party tools to try and gain an unfair advantage which does violate policy.
