I will give them 30 days to initiate a claim period as per the terms of the competition and for good faith that they will follow through the help ticket response. No response in a month BBB.org will be my next step I suppose

They just asked for my postage address and said there was a miscommunication with Clearasil about who was actually meant to ask for my address. Looks like I will be getting my 20 dollar prize woohoo haha

Well it never came.

I contacted them again and they said Clearasil was not complying with their request.
Instead they are giving me 1 months Builders Club and 1 furni of my choice.

That only took 9 months. At least I am finally getting something ~

Seems clearasil have some management problems and don't know whether they're coming or they're going. It's good Habbo have taken their problem into their own hands and are offering you bc membership and a furni of your choice. I'd recommend you go for something exclusive and unreleased.. unless you've already chosen
