Mmm at first I thought of it like Tom did (i'm not really a fan of Del Rey) but after hearing the whole thing i'm pretty impressed. It's a nice dark cover of the song. I really can't wait for the film, Sleeping Beauty was my all-time favourite Disney movie as a kid and still is.

Watching the original cartoon version of the evil Queen still chills me.

Ugh, ruined one of my favourite all time songs. Why do people insist on thinking that droning with an echo effect is good?

Ruined? The original is still there for you. There is no drone in this song but regardless it's called subjectivity. There is no echo either it's just reverb and her vocals sound pretty distant which is obviously just an aesthetic decision by the producer

don't even like the song but nice try. echo and reverb are different. and it's funny you say that since in your original post you basically implied that anyone that doesn't like this song is wrong. I wasn't arguing against your opinion, just stating a fact about your incorrect statements

nothing special imo the music is good but the voice is stuck in summertime sadness mode
