HELP! Screen Recording Software

Atm Im using Hypercam, which is awesome for when It didnt matter if the playback was at real speed. But now I want to record minecraft videos but the playback is off. Anyone got a good screen recorder thats #1 Free/could be free with some extra "work" #2 Dont have watermarks, and #3 actually work

Know what #'s I need to put into Hypercam so its at real time.

There's always fraps? It's not free though - Not sure if your FPS would get a massive hit when you are recording with it though. Depends on your system.

I've used Camtasia for recording minecraft before, and I had no complaints. Plus it's just nice to use, and it's simple enough that my 9 year old sister managed to use it for recording and basic editing.
