The avoiding filter shouldn't be a rule - the amount of staff members I see avoiding the filter to talk about Skype is crazy, and then the amount of times I see staff swearing (There was this one person in particular, but they're not staff anymore ) - so it seems unfair to apply that rule to normal people whilst staff get away with it.

Technically there isn't a avoiding filter rule if you go by the stickies in the help desk.

I dont really see the point in the help desk apart from Non-Habbox users, if you need help you ask on forum, it really should be called Habbox Chill out! With in client mods banning people who abuse it! Kinda like a common room!

So calling someone a filtered word, by avoiding it, as a joke isn't a warning?

I really can't be arsed to write a long post as I'm super tired so I'll chip in a few points that should be considered:

    - Don't warn users for things they say while you aren't present. Scrolling up and warning after a conversation has moved on is kinda silly.

    - Things said in jest between friends are not meant to harm, it's just a form of banter. Stop warning for it.

    - Don't attribute things said about others to yourself in order for an opportunity to give a warning. This has happened to me a few times.

    - PLEASE don't be too confined by warning system. If somebody is clearly there to ruin your day, get rid of them as soon as possible. e.g. spamming room with vulgarities aimed at an individual - NO NEED TO GO THROUGH WARNING SYSTEM.

A number of issues have arisen recently surrounding one or two staff members in particular. I suggest that those individuals take this and any further criticism with a pinch of salt and try to avoid falling into the habit of over-moderating the room in order to deal swiftly with a few troublemakers.

Basically you should use your noodle when it comes to application of the rules. thx.

I think some staff members are taking their dislike to certain people a step too far and it seems they are 'abusing' their powers. I haven't been there to witness any goings on so I don't know how much or if this story has been twisted into something bigger because they are annoyed as how they are being treated or what.

I've no idea if there are some set rules in HxHD Only for behaviour in the desk, but I don't think giving warnings for having a laugh or whatever in the desk is appropriate. This is just a view from seeing the issues highlighted in the OP

Just for everyones information, One of the people using the N word and Negro in the hxhd just got a 1 year ban from Habbbo Staff.

Its against the Habbo way. Its Against the Hxhd Rules.

If they would like to reveal themselves, then they can but they told me via skype.
