Hello. If I connected a computer to the internet in two different ways, would it use them both?
Like say
one with bluetooth through another device and the next is just nrmal wifi

As stated before, bluetooth is very slow. Why would you want to have two different internet connections? To max out power and connection?
If you had two ethernet ports and enabled bonding, it would maybe work. But only for load balancing. It wouldn't double your speed or anything. Typically only available on fairly high end NICs.
