Man, it's been a long time since i ate pancakes.

Hmm, Ricotta or other soft cheese. Pancakes topped with ricotta transforms the dish into cheesecake pancakes.

I usually just go for Nutella but I remember going to a friend's house one time and she found everything she possibly could that had chocolate in and put it on a pancake. I think in the end she got chocolate chips, nutella, chocolate sauce, pieces of chocolate (milk and white) and then had hot chocolate on the side as well.

I just melted a Mars Bar slightly and then spread that over the top. It was hideously unhealthy but absolutely delicious

I'm so simple, fresh lemon and sugar, pancakes have to be hot whilst you put them on though so the sugar starts to melt!

Pretty much because it's simple, so tasty and pretty cheap.
