Shrove Us Your Toppings - Ends 5th March

It feels weird writing a competition, but when I get an idea I just seem to go for it. It's Pancake Day (Shrove Tuesday) on the 4th March and I've been informing staff members that I have gravy on my pancakes; it doesn't seem to be a popular choice overall though. That debate made me think of this competition and this will include an added incentive for all participants. The aim of this competition is to post what your favourite (realistic) topping on a pancake is/would be and why.

The best idea will win, but all valid participants will also receive the Shrove Tuesday award (seen below).

gravy on pancakes i'm gonna get sick


pancake with chocolate chips on the inside, then when it's cooking put a kinder beuno on top and pieces of banana, then wrap it over and cook some more and push down til the kinder beuno melts mmmmm

creme egg pancakes are the best kind of chocolate pancakes, u scoop out the filling and heat it so it's runny and put the chocolate part in the pancake mix while it's cooking and just cover the finished pancake in the egg white of creme egg

it's the best way to eat a creme egg too

Jamaican Pancakes!

Normal Pancake but with butter smoothed on top, sugar (your choice of it) banana and ice-cream!! OMG I had it years ago and LOVED IT!

Well every pancake day my dad will make rhem and mixes bananas with toffee sauce so the bananas are soft and saucy and puts them on the pancakes with whipped cream and some raspberries

I don't like pancakes. So I'm just going to say nutella on top . I don't know if that's realistic though, I mean people put it on bread, sandwiches, so why not pancakes?
