It's probably just all one persons furni and they thought seeing as there was none already in the market they would put them in at a higher price to try and fool people into buying them for more than they're worth, also brining up the average (I think). Habbox won't update their values for the items until they have proof that they sell for that much, so Yeh, don't buy them

Plus with the fashion event soon I'm guessing these are gonna be rereleased anyway, so just get them then instead!

These furni are hard to sell, not many people want those lights and if the seller want to sell they drop price.
