Note, that this is based on a continuous streak, so they might have been staff in that department years back, but resigned and re-joined later.

@Phil; - Took 286 days to be promoted to manager
@Mr-Trainor; - Took 522 days to be promoted to manager. 522 days is so long, although given this is my 3rd time as Rare Values Manager and over a 5-6 year period of being in and out the department, it's quite spread out

Did you know?
The Assistant General Management team is completely different to the Assistant General Management team at the start of December.
Only 5/10 departments have the same manager as they did at the start of December (Competitions, HxHD, HxL, Rare Values, Technical)
The most senior position in the news department is an ordinary news reporter position.

And nobody does news anyway, so a merge wouldn't be an issue.
Foregetfuhl remained as HxL Manager for a while - I'm just in the middle of quite a few projects and want to get them sorted, loose ends tied up then hand over. Especially as my only senior only got the role a few days ago, I will be assessing all the staff members over the next month or so to see who'll get promoted

Anyway, agree with Laura, but sometimes quality and quantity can even out so to speak, I mean like being the best at that department for x amount of time could be months, years etc. however, do agree!
