Suggestion for HabboxLive!

One of my cousin was viewing another fansite earlier today and I was looking while she was on the thread they made.

The Radio Managers are trying to encourage their djs to stay active on the forum and radio so if they DJ 4 hours a week they get 20 coins on Habbo every Sunday as a pay. Although when you look at it, it is expensive especially HabboxLive has more DJs then that particular fansite (which I won't mention). I know the HabboxLive DJs are already motivated so I am not sure this idea will ever come alive here but just a future idea to try and motivates the DJs. This doesn't mean you are buying the DJs but depends how you guys see it in your point of view.



Only a suggestion my cousin have seen and wanted to elaborate with you guys. I do not know if it will have a negative or positive impact but just a suggestion ok

20c is a lot to be paying each DJ who does one hour above the minimum each week imo

We do have a rewards system that actually works well considering a lot of DJs actually work towards that.

Yeah I thought about that too. Unless giving out vip? I know HabboxLive already does something like this for DJ of the Week or DJ of the month and even the top 3 or top 5 I don't remember gets points which I forgot all about that.....so technically this won't be needed I am guessing...

Yeah it's not something I'd particularly like tbh because we do generally reward DJs for their work but yeah thanks for the suggestion .

When you mentioned about the reward system I said right away, Oh yeah I forgot about that :facepalm: Yeah the 20 coin thing is quite extreme....it can be lowered a bit or give 20 coins once a month can be more realistic lol

Although it's not a weekly thing, I think the points system is enough motivation. James would be giving out hundreds of coins to staff per week when he could be using it to fund other things and such. I just don't think staff should be paid to do their minimums, they should be doing it because they enjoy it rather than for coins.

I think SOTW win VIP too @Despect; ?) so there's enough being given out to motivate them imo.

But then people would only join the department for the credits and thats it meaning we just have a department who don't actually care about the department and only in it for the credits.

If you look about that in this angle, yes you are probably right but this can be put on trial if let's say it was really considered. But I never thought on that angle. Let's just say it has a positive & negative impact :/

It's a good idea but as said above it would cost a lot of money, weekly anyway. If it was a monthly thing where the top 3 DJ's who covered so many slots would be cool. 20 for the top, 10 for the 2nd and 5 for the 3rd.
