I reckon if Viba's design gets chosen, some if not most people will complain it is too small. Not to confuse you, i do like it.

the users popularity should not determine whether or not their help desk gets chosen!

The design that is chosen isn't just chosen because of this poll. It just makes it much easier for us to see which designs people would prefer. Seeing as the Help Desk is something for the community, the community's ideas are actually really important when it comes to things like the next layout.
