Dailymail, probably fake. Either way she's legal in the UK (not sure about New York/USA) so who cares?? Is this really news??

The age of consent varies from state to state. However in New York the age of consent is 17, so she was legal.

So I don't really see what the deal is since she isn't a minor (age wise that is), I do however find it very creepy that he did this out of the blue.

i think the deal is that he doesn't really know her and has made plans to meet in a hotel room

the messages make him look so creepy and desperate and i doubt it is a publicity stunt but if it is then it's pretty messed up

The first photo he posted as proof could have easily been found online and the second one where he verifies it's him by holding a sign with her name on it is too dark to tell if it's actually him or not. Could quite easily be a fake as i'm sure someone like james franco doesn't struggle to pull supermodels, I doubt he'd be chasing some jailbait he doesn't know over twitter.
