I was always against abortion and always be against it. Even if it is only a week or 2 being in the mommy's belly it is just wrong. Condoms exist and so birth control. If you are dumb enough not to use protection well take the consequences and take care of the child. The child didn't ask to be here. If they can't take care of the child adoption is the best option instead of abortion. Better yet, PROTECTION!!!

Protection isn't 100% effective. What happens if you use the pill and a condom but you're still in that tiny percentage of odds. Then what? What if they don't have the resources or time to take care of a child? The child didn't ask to be born either.

It's true it is not 100% effective. What I meant about the child didn't ask to be here is the same thing then what you have said, they didn't ask to be born either. If they don't have the resources....I am sure they have a sexologist near their location somehow to have all the resources needed! If they know they don't have time to have a child then put the child as adoption or find a way to take time for the poor soul. I understand your point of view but you can see this in many point of views as well Laura. Although you have a good point.

Yeah the adoption system is totally the best place for children to grow up, knowing that they were unwanted before they were even born and more often than not having to move around temporary residences because the demand for children isn't anywhere near as high as the number of children needing homes

Thing is its her body and she can do as she pleases as long as it doesn't affect the life of someone else. No I count an actual life to be when it is Born. Anything else is just above a tumor in my books.

People are still going to get abortions whether they are legal or illegal. Just if its legal, its going to be much safer than a dirty facility.

Why should your religious views be law? We know how bad that was. Today we dont have laws that say its legal to sell your daughter, that you can have a slave and you can treat it any which way you want. (Before anyone says "but peace and all that stuff is what the bible or blah blah teaches" well Common sense, morals, love and all that good stuff came well before any man in the sky)
