We already clarified that we know payment details aren't stored because you've chosen only to use PayPal. I gained access to details that traced to a Habbo and I now have enough information to reclaim their account. While I definitely won't, there's no telling what any one else may do with details like these. This is embarrassing and you should be ashamed of yourselves and issue a formal apology as well as sever your ties to Habbo as a result of displaying and risking their users' information, negatively effecting Habbo's users. Leaking the personal details of minors is especially worrying, I'd be pretty worried and not brushing this off like you are now. Originally Posted by DitchtheLabel

Ok so I went into the Ditch The Label product launch room and told someone who claimed to be a "chosen helper" about how i was getting phone calls because of the leak and they banned me from the room?
Ditch the label trying to sweep this under the rug? Other people have been banned to who mentioned it in the room I've been told. Blatant disregard for the law it seems, wouldn't surprise me if the money wasn't even going to charity but rather "admin" fees.

I made a post to the @DitchtheLabel group forum about how I did receive someone else's details and that I could get access to someone's account with them. They instantly hid my message. Along with that they're actively denying that there's any proof of this happening. What a flipping embarrassment.

DitchTheLabel are quite shocking as of late. They tried to cover this up by saying that it was only one instance and they have had a staff member friend request me and warn me to keep quiet when I spoke slightly out of turn regarding the owner's private life. What else are they covering up? Threaten to sue me all you like, I'm sure there are plenty of users that will countersue for such an insane security breach.
I have screenshots of the website logging me into somebody else's account, there's really no hiding it so idk why DTL are burying their heads in the sand on this one.

If they keep up this horrific attitude towards everyone and don't assist any of you with regards to the data protection breach, you can actually submit a complaint to this body: http://ico.org.uk/concerns/handling (you will have to select 'yes' on final response if you feel they're doing nothing else about it) and they are required to do something about it.
