    So at 08:46 AM DitchTheLabel post on habbox saying they don't believe anything has happened. Then they post a tweet saying they believe people were vulnerable up until 10:00 on the same day. Then we have people on here who said they were still seeing people's information up until about 17:00 - seven hours after it was supposedly fixed. Terrible PR and organisation, they don't appear to know what has happened themselves which is terrible.

    I think the final straw was when they made a joke about people receiving death threats. When they said that a chill shook my body that hasn't happened since I found out about a close friend passing. Shocking and sickening. Although they did come back and rectify that comment - the fact they felt the need to do this just shows how shocking it was to begin with.

    Although I am against DTL and the way they have handled this, people making up rumours like this, such as Vado isn't very helpful in the room:

    It seems companies blame technical faults and glitches for any security breach.. and they all get away with it. It's down right out of ******* order.

    err that is not good enough for people who have had their personal information leaked. The way they have handled this is appalling.

    dtl being cut from habbo sponsorship? have dtl issued an actual truthful response?

    They need to tell every customer who was affected, not just give a vague "20 customers between x and x time" :S
