Well I've been banned from Sandbox even though me and habbic were making a game ;l
You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "This site is invite-only. See dev.habbo.com for more.".

In contrast to the old forums they are appalling.

The old ones were filled with trolls and spam. The new ones don't seem to suffer from this problem as much.

Because hardly anybody knows they exist and how to make/join them. A minority of groups have forums.

well if theyre bringing cameras back then its likely that theyre going to fix the pictures
