I don't see an issue with paying postage. Once it's with Royal Mail it's out of DTLs hands. Either way they had issues, not really a huge deal imo. Mine came late but I wasn't bothered

Oh, I was positive till I got a crap email from them. Also, have ordered from the UK before and spend at least 100$ for clothing. Got it faster then this. I'm not trying to be rude... But they fail so much its terrible. Like I said in my other post, there is NOH8 they do the same thing.... and have had more celebrities support them...

oh and my previous order from the UK wasn't first class either, and I got it within 3 days. so... they fail.

You mightn't be bothered if your new phone arrives with a scratch on the screen, but that doesn't mean it's right .

So, the ICO basically believed what DTL claimed i.e. only two orders were affected; when the system temporarily glitched and two orders were given the same Order ID. They are therefore not taking further action as they do not believe there is opportunity to improve the information rights practices of DTL.

Forgot to add, I noticed on the order note given with my order when posted to me it had my details followed by the email and phone number of someone else, i.e. the person who must have received my order confirmation.

Shocking that some users still haven't received either their badge / machine and or irl items three weeks on.
