The Second Sons are and the Unsullied are apparently magically perfect warriors even though they got castrated as kids and so would never have actually developed properly so it would be an army of Varys' but never mind because fiction, and she's not proving them in battle where she is anyway because all she does is scare people into doing stuff for her
