Just randomly placed there. Its was added there when habbo did the paypal offer + that image link suggests it was used in paypals offers. Maybe the staff that put it there clicked wrong image, or just loves the game haha.



Also, sandbox has looked like that for a good while now.

I like the carousel out of the new furni. And the duck catch thing, its really cute. They took so long to do something fun looking like this.
