Being a member since the dawn of time =/= constant contribution so it's not really a great way of judging what rewards people should have other than the actual 10 year milestone, also not convinced that rep should factor in the status of Forum God since we already have an indicator of rep. If bonuses need to be given to people who managed to sign up at a certain date then it ought to be done separately to the Forum God usergroup - it's really very easy to have a requestable usergroup with similar/same perks but not the title

I do like the idea of having a check list. I will talk with Phil about the features etc more in depth if i can catch him online. I like @FlyingJesus;'s idea of having a requestable usergroup like the habbox merit one

I was more towards of them having to request it rather than us giving it out to every single account that is 10 years old. Bit like they do with the Anniversary VIP now - They need to ask and then it is given to them

what about usergroup promotions? they have the criteria the forum hands it out itself

What i suggested to Phil (Which most of you have?) was to make the Forum God usergroup a requestable usergroup and have a criteria of you must have 20k posts or have been on the forum for 10 years. As Forum Gods already have the VIP avatar etc limits maybe we can add a bit more like able to open and close threads (if they haven't got that already). I wasn't all for the idea at first but it seems reasonable?

I would do it how FlyingJesus says, like the Habbox Merit usergroup. The 'Old Fogey' usergroup. Like the don says it shouldn't be too much as most people tend to leave before 10 years. Even if Habbox was open til 2020, the amount of people in the usergroup - like the habbox merit where you've got to request it - would be slim.
