If you wanted to be really technical and argue the piss over it, he's classed as British in nationality as that is what his passport says.

I'm all for referendums on most of the main issues.

I'd likely win on immigration, the Union, the EU, death penalty and foreign policy.

And i'd probably lose on the NHS, Trident, nationalisation and Environmentalism.

I've no problem admitting which issues i'm aligned with the public on and which ones i'm not. I read polls daily, after all.
