It is more, but if you're not willing to sacrifice a British form of currency once you go independent then why even make the effort. Clearly not going at it whole heartedly if you're prepared to pick and choose lol????

How did it change? There is no physical way they can stop you using it unless they send people into scotland to remove every single note. So that point is totally invalid, the matter of the fact is that there is no way they will let you control taxes and a lot of your economic policy if they do agree to one which isn't total independence ....
You're still going to ruled by england when it comes to important matters such a taxes if there is a currency union lol

'why even make the effort' 'it is more'... you answered it yourself? there's a lot more to independence than currency, and no-ones voting independence to get rid of the Bank of England or the currency.
They are voting to become free of england, which includes the CURRENCY as its theirs

Because at the start they said there was no way possible we'd continue using it.. a scaremongering tactic that got changed very quickly. We would have full control of the taxes, the only stuff we wouldn't have control over is the BoE interest rates. How did it change? Even if we vote no, we control our taxes if the promises of further Devolution are kept.
Then clearly you've all lost sense of the meaning of ''independent".
"not depending on another for livelihood or subsistence."

They'll have a Scottish Pound pegged to the GBP.
Which is precisely why nobody wants a currency union without fiscal union. Scotland could become reckless in spending and put everyone at risk.Because at the start they said there was no way possible we'd continue using it.. a scaremongering tactic that got changed very quickly. No possible way you would be using it (in a currency union)... are you intentionally being this dense? The reasoning behind your falsely confident idea that you can somehow get a currency union (despite everybody important in making it happen saying no) is based on someone previously using the wrong syntax in their statement? Sound logic.Because at the start they said there was no way possible we'd continue using it.. a scaremongering tactic that got changed very quickly. We would have full control of the taxes, the only stuff we wouldn't have control over is the BoE interest rates.
