1, 3) No they're fine.1, 3) You need to change the colour of 'Shop' and the Your cart is currently empty.. etc to white (look on the skin you'll see what else)
2) Why? It merges with the background on every other skin, except N-H Dark
4) Ask them for the image or look on the acp and get an image for yourself, as that ones massive, ugly and extends the box (even if it is only temp.)
5) Neither they are, but they look as if they could be, so the Rememb should be the same
2) They're fine.
4) Its there for a few more days and then it's gone. Its fine.

I've left, but I still visit sometimes!
1,3) No they're not, they're a dark text colour when they should be white (like every other piece of text on the page). Having dark text on a dark background isn't fine.
also remove the ugly brown notices in the dark skin change them to something that actually goes with the scheme and doesnt look like it's meant for colourblind mode
When I first started using Skype I didn't even know about staff groups, but in some departments it seems like you have to have Skype or something to communicate (not counting HabboxLive in this case as it's used for changeovers). Most Content Staff don't use Skype therefore PM/VM is an alternative to contact them - it may take longer, but at the end of the day we volunteer on this site, not Skype. I don't mind the chats unless a manager is then giving out warnings over it or discussing something that should be done via PM - it might seem silly to do, but it was happening when I was AGM.
I know it's a couple of pages back now, but I don't agree with having 2 systems that near enough do the same job, i.e. a like and rep system. It might seem a good solution when you feel a post doesn't really deserve rep, but you like it, but remember we had the Achievements and Awards systems running together which were similar and one of them got removed.
If you closed skype chats, people would then resort to using the spam threads in staff forums, and if they were closed nothing will improve as was shown with the experiment done a while ago.
I do however agree the skype chats have taken sooo much discussion away from the forum and it is a bit of a shame. It should be the manager's responsibility (and agm staff i guess... or agm content + community now that's gone) to encourage their staff to post and potentially punish those who don't interact enough.

It's nice to see Forum God posting new, up to date announcements in forums. Looks a whole lot better than random department managers.
I don't think disallowing Skype chats for staff would have any effect on the forum. Not only that, I thought this was a thread for ideas for the forum? Not ideas for how to oppress staff into a scheme of "our way or the highway". Bit unnecessary here isn't it. Some things may require a lot of people to know, you use a forum for that. If it's just for one or two people, you add them to a Skype chat. Really bizarre.
@xxMATTGxx; I don't know whether there is a vBulletin add-on which would provide that kind of functionality, but I was just suggesting it as an idea. Even if it did exist, it probably wouldn't have a place on this forum. Just a thought, is all!
Reddit-style thumbs up/thumbs down for posts.
A like system/dislike system hybrid basically.
Also the ability to pay for 6 month subscriptions to VIP (but not any less, just 6 months or 12 months)
Would also like some new smileys because the ones we have a are a little stale. Not a fan of the like/dislike system but that doesn't mean I won't bring it in if it's wanted btu various polls in the past have shown is not really wanted. If it comes in it'll be pretty much the same as rep I believe? I don't support the whole assited moderating of p[osts because as Scott said, people will just dislike peoples posts whom they don't like which will create pointless work for Moderators.Just making a suggestion pal, wasn't looking to start a war. I just like the system that Reddit has, posts that are good get upvoted, posts that are bad get buried. Tweak it so that disliked posts get auto-moderated and you've got a user-assisted moderation tool as well as an add-on to the reputation system.

I remember suggesting custom smileys years ago, you could probably have a competition to design them perhaps? Although, if you do get new ones please don't remove the ones we have now - they have been available since the forum was 4 days old and I think it'd be a shame to lose them (the blue ones etc.) The rare ones can go in my opinion too.Not a fan of the like/dislike system but that doesn't mean I won't bring it in if it's wanted btu various polls in the past have shown is not really wanted.
