I didnt realise I could vote for two but epilepsy can be devastating, it kills so many every year and is so devastating. When I was younger my dad had a fit whilst I was in my cot and during the seizure my cot was smashed to bits but my dad had hit his head so was taken into hospital. He had a fit once in the street and people passed him by thinking he was just a drunk but he was actually having a seizure and seeing the confusion and anger after my dad has seizures is just heartbreaking. People don't always take this condition seriously, but my dad raised £400 running a half marathon for epilepsy action and I couldn't be more proud of him. Being turned away from jobs he once loved such as doing his Forklift driving or being put on more meds that make him ill and fit more is just heartbreaking Lets do more to help those with Epilepsy guys

Paige is so so so passionate about it, I know a lot of others are passionate about theirs too, but I don't want this to just be a random pick.
People should definitely read up on why Paige nominated her charity if they don't know which to vote for!
Surely there's more to making a choice than picking because someone relates to and is passionate about it...

My point is is that if anyone doesn't in particularly feel strongly towards any of them, then reading why Paige is so passionate about her chosen charity may be a good idea before just randomly picking.

There's more of a reason behind doing that than picking one for no reason at all.

show my audience that you don't have to be perfect to achieve your dreams.

this post will give you an insight into how crohn's disease has had a big impact on mine and my mum's life, and why i feel so passionate about it! if you have any spare time, i would really appreciate it if you could have a read and perhaps watch some of the heartbreaking videos from sufferers before you make a decision on whether or not to vote for it

i am so touched by the amount of support the charity has received! i cannot thank you all enough, you truly are lovely people and i'm so lucky to know you all. thank you so so so much to everyone who has voted for crohn's and colitis uk so far, i'm keeping my fingers crossed!

yeah but everyone chose a charity for a reason, probably because them/their family have been afflicted by it and we can all be passionate about a charity. its best to do some reading before u decide.

Voted for a couple including Crohn's & Colitis as I was incredibly moved by Paige's appeal

Starting to wish I'd said a charity that helps with something to specifically do with depression, as I feel I would have felt more strongly about donating to that oops

Picked MIND but I think we've donated to them before owell.

i wanted to explain why i was suggesting/voting for the charity and this is why i opened up and gave everyone a little insight into how it has effected my mum but this by no means should be the sole reason anyone votes for it! my intention wasn't to make people feel sorry for me and vote because they do, it was to bring awareness to the charity and how vile and life ruining crohn's disease is. i felt that if i had just posted a link to the charity website and said what it's about, it would have been ignored or not as supported, like previous years i have done this so i thought it was time to sort of explain a bit about how it personally effects me

A lot of people are passionate about the charities they picked/voted for too.

'I know a lot of others are passionate about theirs too' 'I don't want this to just be a random pick', well it's not a random pick if they're passionate about it? :S

If people don't know what to vote for then they should research them all or look up the reasons each person picked that option, not just Paige.'s
