Your top movies, and why?

Space Jam because it is just non stop entertainment and has an incredible soundtrack, if you don't like it you are wrong
Girl, Interrupted for being a beautiful narrative with the lovely Ms Ryder playing a stunning role as always
Fantastic Planet for the perfect visuals and total otherworldly charm
Fritz The Cat for being downright nasty
Gone With The Wind because it's so beautiful and despite being totally racist and ignorant of the actual situation has some wonderful dialogue and character growth
Kevin and Perry Go Large because it's absolute genius and all I wanna do is do it

Yeahhh tend to not really care about modern cinema that much it all seems to just be explosions and overacting with lots of scenes in the dark because that's obv the only way to create atmosphere (hi Dark Knight most overrated film in history)

no what Dark Knight was great. Just the other two in the trilogy ruined it. Basically Batman Begins = the one before The Dark Knight, and The Dark Knight Rises = sequel to The Dark Knight that was a disappointment because Heath Ledger obv couldn't be in it).

Just looking at the single film The Dark Knight alone though, it was fantastic. The Joker is by far the most thrilling villain and Heath Ledger really brought across the fact he was evil because he was evil. The thing that made him so terrifying was the fact he blew up a hospital simply because he could. I don't wanna quote it but I have to: "Some people just want to watch the world burn" has never been truer.

There are few films that leave me in a stunned silence after they finish but The Dark Knight was one of them.

Each to their own though. If u don't like it that's ok but I would disagree that it's overrated.

Haven't seen the other ones, I just found it really boring and it doesn't help that Batman is prob the worst superhero ever I mean his superpower is being rich

Duh, money is the best superpower out there. At least he has a proper disguise. Superman just puts on a pair of glasses and all of a sudden no1 recognises him...
