*Former* managers. Yeah, I'm sure they care a lot.All I know is that in the past, former managers have been told off and posts removed - I'm not just going around deleting posts I don't like - in fact all of the AGMs have been online this morning talking about it and all moving posts!

Generally speaking, when you sack someone they don't really care what you think about them afterwards.
I think transparency is very important, and by the looks of it, most agree.

but yes, it's always been GM's etc won't discuss it unless the person in question initiates discussion.
So according to you guys I'm now allowed to discuss everything? :p

As long as the member in question who got fired posts stating it's allowed/they initiate it then others typically respond.
I remember countless times people got fired and @xxMATTGxx; would be asked, and he'd say it's up to the other person to discuss if they wish to, it's never not been allowed for the fired member to state why afaik..
What is the point of rules when not even a agm knows what to do with it?
And also boo. I thought Dan was doing good. And showing more of the work he did for his department then most other managers, and I don't even care about rv
That's a shame. I don't really think it's a justified reason, but I'm only seeing one side of things so I can't really say one way or another obviously.
Thanks for your time!![]()
