    Normally very good but drops significantly during stressful periods. I have a small selection of weights and a daily routine but finding a few hours for actual gym fitness is tough with encroaching deadlines! Rather just do crunches between league of legends games. I did manage to get in the gym today though for te first time in a while and I feel wonderful so I'll try to slot a few more sessions a week in.

    I used to figure skate and do cross country and cycling when I lived in Scotland, but since moving my motivation levels have been pretty poor.
    Would really love to start a routine again.

    I went to the gym for like 4 months I paid for another 4 about a month ago but havent gone back but am healthy enough

    My fitness is probably the best it's been for years it's actually quite shocking and I like it so much I'm probably going to expand what I do. I only really lift weights and do a lot of strength exercises, but my diet is better and I'm now tempted to start running soon (probably after the Easter break). I never thought I would type those words.
