Well if you can, try to kiss him, or go further, experimentation in the early stages of puberty is good for you. Assuming you're early, at 13 I would guess so o.0.
Just drop LOADS of hints, say you talked for a while, stare/ gaze at him for a few seconds after, not lovingly, but hopefully he'll take it that way. Say he opens a door and you're behind him, when he goes through and you go to put your hand on the door to keep it open, put your hand on/ near his.
