Ok, well I was in the cinema with my m8s and a m8 who i find attractive was sitting next to me, and i noticed he kept looking at me, like staring at some times so i like tried to just play with him and start play fighting with him, but i just felt like leaning over and kissing him... what should i do?

Well if you can, try to kiss him, or go further, experimentation in the early stages of puberty is good for you. Assuming you're early, at 13 I would guess so o.0.
Just drop LOADS of hints, say you talked for a while, stare/ gaze at him for a few seconds after, not lovingly, but hopefully he'll take it that way. Say he opens a door and you're behind him, when he goes through and you go to put your hand on the door to keep it open, put your hand on/ near his. Say yousit down anywhere, sit next to him, try to make these things look like an accident/ coincidence though. Just try and be extremely suttle when you flirt or whatever.
