My sort of favourite is this pizza I had many years ago which had a bunch of (hot) vegetables and pineapple on it and I was very skeptical of the pineapple (still am) but this pizza was honestly perfection. I dare not try to replicate it and haven't found it anywhere since.
But usually a bunch of jalopenos and other peppers + maybe some onion or something on a Pizza will suffice for me and maybe onion bhaji mmm
