Basically you pop a Yellow Balloon and you'll get a present saying you have won a prize balloon which could be either red or yellow, luckily this time it was red. I'm not sure if the yellow just says prize balloon and the red says rare prize balloon though.

There's a Dragon in the Market Place now, and there was a Laser Gate earlier. The only ones that haven't been seen are the Parasol and Pillar now I think.
