Windows 10 could be the last version of Windows

I've got the icon now, I'm now registered to get Windows 10. This version of Windows looks like it will be pretty good.

I pressed the icon & the reserve button while not connected to the internet, which means I couldn't enter my email, but now the reserve button is no longer there.

I have tried restarting my Pc, but still nothing.

Do you have to put an email in? I reserved it on this PC (Windows 7) and it wasn't required. Haven't tried the Windows 8.1 laptop yet.
