If 'bob' posts then 'jim' posts then 'liam' posts then 'jim' posts again making liam out, if 'bob' then posts again would jim be out because it doesn't count assassinated players? Or if the post assassinates someone it doesn't count?

No, Liam was alive at the time so counts as a valid post, so Jim is still alive.
