Adverts for non-Habbo Club/Builder Club Members

According to @HabbocomNews on twitter, adverts are on there way to Habbo for any member who hasn't got Habbo Club or Builders Club subscription.

They also tweeted out some key points:

• Activates when entering a room
• Can't switch to new web/touch any UI while ad is active

Assuming the above is all true - What are your thoughts?

i believe adblocker just searches for outputs with ad or whatever in the image title or link

According to the person I'm tweeting, it can be blocked with stuff like adblock.

Edit: Although, this could all change before it's actually released.

assuming it's a video, there may be a time limit before you can skip/close the ad
if so, you'll still have to sit and wait for the timer to expire before you can enter the room

makes sense to monetise what is a dying game in my opinion, as annoying as its going to be it may be the only way habbo can survive

It was only a matter of time for this to happen, they've done it before (even when players were HC), I don't mind it personally, but I would probably prefer how it was before where it just appears at the top and gives you a time limit to skip it.
