Yeah it's getting moves in first with that gengar which is so difficult - it just used Confuse Ray on me and then I was basically just killing myself

I've got to within one move of killing Lance's dragonite but it's always when I'm left with just one weakish pokemon so he gets the first hit, need some more levelling but trying them is good exp and money anyway

lol i hate when you spend days on gyms, levelling up your weaker pokemon, then you do it with 1 anyway. love that it's onto the next one now though. cba today, will start again tomorrow

How many gym badges do you have? I'm pretty sure after the erika (grass gym) the police officer moves out of the way and you can head into saffron.

Ooer I thought I'd already beat erika but I've just gone there and haven't, beaten everyone in that gym but her haha. Explains why they werent moving!

You'll also have to beat Team Rocket under the casino in Celadon in order to get the losers to waddle away from the entrances to everything
