Usually during the week nothing because I don't have time (I'd prefer 10 more mins in bed!!) but if I do have time usually my raisin wheat cereal with honey yum!!
Then at like 10 at work I have a cereal bar.
At the weekends I try to cook like an omelette or egg on toast or bacon sarnie on Saturdays and cereal on Sundays cos we usually have a small lunch instead!!
