I hear yanny, but I rang my mum and asked her and she said laurel - so I got her to play the sound clip I sent her whilst I was on the phone and I heard laurel then.

My sister can also hear both, my dad hears yanny and my mum and boyfriend hear laurel.

It's similar to that ballet dancer GIF where you change the direction she's moving just by thinking that way.
