He means all really, because when they say "you didn't have a plan" what they really mean is you didn't have a plan that we'd accept given we want to charge you £39bn for nothing and annex Northern Ireland. Nothing will ever satisfy them. I naively thought they'd be sensible.

Any "plan" that means Britain truly leaves the EU they won't accept, which is why we're heading for No Deal. Thank God!
