The DJs can see how much effort is going into hxl and can see how much it has improved especially recently. Not just throgh the actual shows but with planning for them etc

Yes some people will have biased views but at the end of the day you don't know how hard people are working and when people start making comments with nothing to back them up it just turns into a slanging match which really doesn't help.

Exactly. I think that goes for more than just DJs. All other departments require far more planning and work that just the end result you see (in hxl's case the djing).

Its not very nice to attack a department which management and DJs themself put a lot of effort into and yet you don't even listen long enough to see the radio is much better than you think it is. I think Hxl took a long time to get on its feet after Hxr was taken from Habbox. Adzeh works his socks off to get the best out of what he has and always works to improve the departments he runs.

If you looked at the pictures that people posted of themselves, most of them are emos grunger or w.e so that explains the crap music (no offence)
