Has anyone noticed the fact that the writer of that DMCA cease and desist notice could go to prison, see:

They do not own the copyright to any of the things they state and are therefore commiting perjury, which is subject to up to 14 years in prison in the US. Naughty naughty! Moreover, I think that unless the site owner/host is in the USA, the DMCA does not apply.

Our host askes us to get in contact with the owners of sulake, like what the hell are they on? Its hard enought getting in contact with player support.

So I just simply sent him a link to Sulake & Habbos T&C, and he can get off his lazy **** and look for something which says we can use there images
If not, ill just send them a link to every fansite I can think of

I'm sorry, just because someone has sent an email who doesn't work at ClubHabbo anymore, you can't target the current staff members, as if i had so much of a problem with your site, i'd have reported it myself, which i didn't.

Also, you only had to open up two tabs, one ClubHabbo, and one Habbcrazy to notice the immediate similaritys, but hey - i'm not starting fights here.

If you want to start on things looking similar then why not visit Clubhabbo.net and Habbotimes.de eh?
