What? About the sponging benefits thing yes I do think that what family you are born into has a MASSIVE impact.

You've sort of already answered your own question, if you are NOT attracted to the opposite sex (which I think is hard to believe as it's unhumanly) then it isn't really a choice to be gay.
so you do beleive it's a choice,
because you can't beleive people can be attracted to the same sex because it's 'unhumanly'?
No, that's completely wrong.Yes I do... Let's not get this confused with bisexual here but if somebody is attracted to to the same and opposite sex yet they feel as if they only want to commit their life to the sex that they like the most, that would be a choice. But anyway I remember watching some comedy program on Dave like the never mind the buzzcocks type programme and the guy was saying that all men can look at another man and think "yeh he's pretty good looking" but most men just ignore it, the ones that don't choose to ignore it are gay.
A straight man sees an attractive male, and respects and probably envies their body, looks and social life.
A non straight man sees an attractive male and sexual or romantic desires with the attractive male.
I'm by no means suggesting that every gay guy loves every attractive man, but it works in the same sense as a heterosexual has sexual desires for an attractive female.
That is absolute bullocks. You've not gay therefore have not experienced these feelings (or lack thereof in this case) therefore you are out of place to suggest that it's unhumanly. That's like me saying it's unhunamly to love your father more than your mother because most kids are closer to their mothers.
Just because you don't understand how a person could like another person of the same sex doesn't mean it's unhumanly--dear god!

Yeh I just don't think a human would be born to be attracted to the same gender, it would be kind of like an error in the development or otherwise why would you be born with man bits and given the ability to produce sperm and reproduce (the same with woman)? Just doesn't add up.

if you're using this as an arguement, then why would it be made for 2 male's to have pleasurable sex?Yeh I just don't think a human would be born to be attracted to the same gender, it would be kind of like an error in the development or otherwise why would you be born with man bits and given the ability to produce sperm and reproduce (the same with woman)? why would the choice be there?
& if reproduction is the meaning of life, then why were we 'built' to have sex for pleasure?
- Males have nipples for no reason
- All humans have appendixes which are redundant
- We have a third eyelid, called the pilca semilunaris which we do not need
- Males have a stupid amount of body hair
- adenoids are behind our tongue and are prone to swelling and infection
- We have tonsils which if we end up keeping into adulthood then we have quite the accomplishment
- We have a bone called the coccyx from when we used to have tails thousands of years ago
- Erector Pili are what makes animals appear bigger when we're scared, now they just give us goose bumps
- Wisdom teeth. We don't eat meat off bones anymore for some reason
And I would not count having male genitals, which makes me too aggressive and gives me too strong a libido something positive.
And so you see, either god hates us all or evolution is lagging. I don't know about you but I'm going to presume the latter. Oh--and for various reasons ranging from religious justification to pleading ignorance: your argument is stupid.

But I have no problems with the gay/bisexual population really. I know plenty of gay/bi people and they're basically normal people, [Well, actually all the people I know are freaks but... Lol jokes.] and everyone's sexual habits are their own business.
It keeps things interesting, to say the least.
I'm on my knees
you're my favorite disease.
