HxHD closed - turned into a lounge

My opinion in that thread hasn't changed all I basically said was some of the staff were rubbish I still think that now.. I didn't say I think HxHD should be changed

{other thread}Most of the staff when I go in are afk (if there at all) but as Scott said, if it weren't for the staff going in there everyone would see it empty and stay out, so the staff and wannabe staff are still necessary to get the ball rolling. If it was changed to a chill lounge it would lose this and also lose the name that HxHD has built up - people KNOW that there is an HxHD around, if it was changed to Habbox Chill Lounge or whatever then it would be a new spinoff and those don't work (see: everyone fansite that's come out of Hx/HxF other than hhgs).

Basically what's needed is to just make sure that staff are actually there and talking rather than just going afk behind the bars.

Because people will moan regardless... I think it needed more changes. Why would you keep the same management and staff from a failing department and put them all into the same department again, it's asking for it to fail. The ideas are right, the attention to detail isn't.

I agree, But remeber ages back nvr took control and became manager, that worked for a while.

Yeah only because he was AGM and more 'scary' to the staff

But he made the staff work, obviously other managers are finding that hard or favouring there friends to be staff.
