There will be many problems with compatibility, as it is only a developers preview.

Installs, opens, crashes. I've even tried it in compatibility mode and no fix.

Not really sure what I'm supposed to use haha...

Sounds like skype before they updated it. But there will be problems in the preview

Using windows 8 as the main OS on this PC, runs like a dream, I've got Chrome, GTA SA + SAMP, SAM, MSN, And Skype running fine?

Err some of it works (eg. Photoshop), but Dreamweaver won't work?

Microsoft begins distributing Windows 8 developer preview updates

If I torrent Windows 7 and install it on a separate partition would I be able to fix the mess I'm in lol?
And then remove Windows 8 from this partition? (Assuming I can delete a partition).

not really illegal, seeing as how my original OS was windows 7 anyways, i just had it store bought so no installation disc

If you install Windows 7 on a seperate partition and then on the new Windows 7 download EasyBCD, this will allow you to remove Windows 8 from your boot menu.
