micky gave me an infraction for asking for reputation in my signature. He just deleted it and went for the infraction

I got it reversed because he didn't givce me any warnings to remove it myself and he didn't send me a message sayig i got an infraction >>

Yes but to be fair -Lava- that was the old way of doing it and mods were doing them and its only recently that smods have been dealing with them have gone back to warnings and Mickey is new to the section.
Also he realised that then and asked for the infraction to be reversed when
he didnt really have to. I made a mistake in the same day with you and sometimes we all make mistakes. Its when people refuse to admit it and not do anything about it that its a problem.

And something I want to add: When we give infraction you normally used to automatically get an pm notifying you got an infraction, it changed and I didn't know that at the time I gave you an infraction (like most mods).

I think Mad is a great Admin. I have seen him do loads of work on this forum and keeping it in shape. I have got to admit though, I have barely ever seen any posts or anything from Micky.blue.eyes.

No-one seems to have mentioned this, but surely the best forum managers/admins/smods are the ones that dont get mentioned. The ones that aren't noticed. Thats because the majority of their work is behind closed doors, and to be noticed would mean that they aren't doing it properly. For that reason alone I thought mad was the obvious choice. I also personally thought that Ostinato was a good assistant, however the thread he made when he wasnt given F-M i thought clearly demonstrated why he wasnt given it.
